Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank as well. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are originally defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@nuuhmi.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will know you returned their gift.

To return your product, you should mail it to the following address:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item worth more than 125 nzd, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
